Yulan System Door and Window, affiliated to Yulan Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., was founded in 2016 with a registered capital of 50 million (RMB). It is headquartered in Shenzhen, Guangdong and has a modern plant covering an area of 250 mu (Phase I).

被动式房屋( Passive House),是国际认可的全新节能建筑概念。被动式房屋是将自然通风、自然采光、太阳能辐射和室内非供暖热源得热等 各种被动式节能手段与建筑围护结构高效节能技术相结合建造而成的 低能耗建筑。 通过采用先进节能的设计理念和施工技术,极大限度地提高建筑的保温、隔热和气密性能,并通过新风系统的高效热 ( 冷 ) 回收装置将室内 废气中的热 ( 冷 ) 量回收利用,从而显著降低建筑的采暖和制冷需求。 实现室内四季的恒温、恒湿、恒氧、恒净和恒静的建筑。

2010 年, 欧盟出台《建筑能效 2010 指令》(EPBD2010),该指令规定,成员国从 2020 年 12 月 31 日起,所有的新建建筑都是近零能耗建筑;2018 年 12 月 31 日起,政府使用或拥有的新建建筑均为零能耗建筑。比利时是世界上第一个在全国范围内实施只建造“被动式房屋”的国家。
 

Passive House is an internationally recognized brand new concept of energy-saving buildings. Passive houses refer to low-energy buildings which are constructed by combining various passive energy-saving means (such as natural ventilation, natural lighting, solar radiation and heat from indoor non-heating source) with the efficient and energy-saving technology of building envelop enclosure.

 

Based on advanced energy-saving design concept and construction technique, the performance of buildings in heat preservation, heat insulation and air tightness will be maximized. Also, the heat (cold energy) in indoor exhaust will be recycled through the efficient heat (cold energy) recovery unit of the central ventilation system, so as to significantly reduce the needs for building heating and cooling, and realize the goal of buildings with constant temperature, humidity, oxygen, cleanliness and quietness indoor at all seasons.

 

In the past two decades, as the concept of energy conservation and environmental protection wins great popular support, passive houses have also been rapidly developed.In Europe, the number of passive houses with low power consumption has been increasing at an annual rate of 8%.

In 2010, EU issued the EPBD2010, stipulating that all EU member states shall ensure that all the new buildings should be near zero energy buildings from December 31, 2020; all the new buildings used or owned by governments should be zero energy buildings from December 31, 2018.Belgium is the first country in the world that pushes for building only “passive houses” nationwide.

 

 
作为被动式房屋的重要部分的系统门窗,是一个性能系统的完美有机组合。需要满足水密性、气密性、抗风压、机械力学强度、隔热、隔音、防盗、遮阳、耐候性、操作手感等一系列重要的功能。被动门窗系统通过采用先进节能的设计理念和施工技术,极大限度地提高建筑的保温、隔热和气密性能。与地面、墙体的保温隔热、新风系统以及太阳能、地热能等可再生能源共同实现室内四季的恒温、恒湿、恒氧、恒净和恒静。被动门窗系统是设备、型材、配件、玻璃、粘胶、密 封件各环节性能的综合结果,缺一不可,最终形成高性能的系统门窗。
 

System doors and windows constitute an important part of a passive house, which form a perfect organic combination of a performance system. They shall have a series of important functions, such as water tightness, air tightness, resistance to wind load, mechanical strength, heat insulation, sound insulation, theft prevention, sunshading, weather fastness and easy to operate, etc.

 

The passive door and window system adopts advanced energy-saving design concept and construction technique, which improves building performance of heat preservation, heat insulation and air tightness to the greatest extent. Coupled with the heat preservation and heat insulation of the floor and walls, central ventilation system, solar energy, geothermal energy and other renewable energy sources, it can realize the goal of buildings with constant temperature, humidity, oxygen, cleanliness and quietness indoor at all seasons.
